Return & Refund Policy

Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Contact support@gacciboll.com before sending any item back.

Return eligibility

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, damage or any condition affecting resale eligibility are not eligible for return.
• Customers must not send items back without prior authorization.

Return authorization

The return address is not published publicly. It will be provided only after the return request has been reviewed and approved. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund review

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Any payment-provider processing time is outside our direct control.
